Pros +
- It’s new, clean and very roomy with a modern vibe
- The beds were comfortable.
- Location, nothing else.
Cons -
- No one came to clean the room for four days, there was someone else’s hair in the bathtub and when the staff was asked to take care of it, they said they would, but did not, the bathtub missing any nonslip finish so I could not shower for fear of falling,
- Renovated bathroom toilets leaked sewer gas (toilet seal was either missing or improperly installed) in both rooms and it smelled terrible. Switched rooms, same issue. This qualifies us for a refund and we checked out asap. No word/help from hotel yet.
- Pool wasn’t open No dresser with drawers in room Towels only replaced every 3rd day Staff looked unprofessional Trash overflowing in outside trash can on multiple occasions
