Best Western Plus Montezuma Inn & Suites

No USB ports to charge my hearing aids, phones, and IPad. Could not figure out how to get local TV channels on the TV with 2 remotes. Called the front desk and no one answered.

Location Price Good ice machine. Filtered water available. Staff were all helpful & friendly. Could have been better maintained.

Room smelled moldy. Staff did not clean the hall floors. Weight room was dirty & not picked up. Pool was closed two days & the restricted to 3-11. Food was packaged & reheated - cardboard like

Pool/hot tub were great! Loved how big the rooms are and a nice bathroom.

Sauna wasn’t working.

The walls were paper thin and also the ceiling. The people upstairs were storming around until 12:30 am and we're up at 4:50. It sounded like an elephant was stomping around. Our room was right across from the elevator so every conversation we heard

The breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts I?ve had at a hotel. There was also supposed to be an evening snack and they didn?t have one at all. They ran out of bagels and the only thing that was fine was the cereal

Its an OLD hotel made to look new in pictures. prices too high for age & condition

The location was convenient to the town.

The pool is closed. The vending machines are out of order. And the air conditioner in my room does not work well. The staff did offer to let me change rooms, but I am able to just open my window instead.

The pool wasn't open - but that was a city thing and no reflection on the hotel.

They have completed some much needed renovations and is much nicer than the last time we stayed. Love the choice of red or green chile for the eggs.Gluten free cereal is a wonderful addition!

The biscuits were good but the gravy was awful, runny and watery with no sausage or flavor. Do not like their yogurt machine, too sweet, but love the addition of gluten free cereal!!

Outside of room was clean and looks good.

My room number 224, loose floor tile in the bathroom, TV channel changer will turn TV on, but would not advance TV channels. Also, there was a strong wind that evening and the window whistled often throughout the night.

I like the fresh chili choices.

I do not like the yogurt machine, it is more like a dessert. I would prefer a nice Chobani selection.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and what you would expect.

The HVAC unit in the room was off and on repeatedly all night long. On and running quite noisily for about a minute and a half then off and finally quiet for about 30 seconds. This went on all night long!

Proximity to the interstate.

There was no ventilation in the bath area. With the elevation on top of this it made showers difficult as far as breathing was concerned. Since two of us have trouble breathing it wasn¿t a good experience.

Very clean and looks like a newer hotel.

The hotel touts its Covid protection measures with a large sandwich board at the entrace. In addition, New Mexico currently has a mask mandate. However, the evening staff that checked us in was not wearing a mask.

The price was descent

the staff. We were not greeted with hello or any nice greeting, instead it was pull your mask over your nose. Rude! Our resv was entered in wrong, had us for one night instead of two. Teens were hanging around the front desk, friends of the worker.
