Review summary
The hotel is praised for its clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff providing excellent service. Guests appreciate the convenient and excellent location with ample parking, though some mention noise from traffic at night. However, there are concerns about maintenance issues such as mold odor, non-functioning hot tub pumps, slippery bathtubs, lack of bathroom exhaust fans, and absence of in-room amenities like microwaves and refrigerators.

Big place, nice and comfortable. No issues found except for breakfast.
Booked and breakfast was included. When arrived front person gave us only 2 tickets for day for both day of my stay. I asked why if I am including my 12 year son there were no tickets for him. Their response was only adults were including in breakfast. My son got a breakfast 2nd day with a bowl of cereal. When checking my bank account we were charged $38.75 I called the hotel to check why the charge, and they charged us $38.75 for a bowl of cereal. That's was all he ate that morning. I think they should be more open with their prices.

The room I had was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. I also has a beautiful view of the pool from my 4th floor room balcony. I wish I had more time to enjoy other things but I was traveling for work so time spent in my room was limited to sleep and getting ready the next morning.
At check in, it would have been nice if the front desk told me they have a place to eat breakfast. I didn't know this until I was leaving that morning. While getting off the elevator, I overheard one of the male staff telling a couple about the breakfast menu and how good the pancakes were as he pointed them in the direction of the restaurant. Had I known this, I would have made time to eat breakfast there before I left.

The room was clean. Dusty but clean.
The restaurant was horrible. Electricity went out. Asked for a well done hamburger and fries. Meat was bloody and fries were cold and hard. Very disappointed with the whole thing.

Location was good. Lots of things to do in that area.
Our room was a little warm when we arrived but our balcony was facing the sun. After the sun went down the room cooled off.

The location was excellent…. Convenient and centrally located. The outdoor pool was great plus they had lots of outdoor seating. The lobby also had lots of comfortable seating.
We had a room that faced the Main Street and the traffic was loud making it difficult to sleep.
