The kindness 0f the hotel staff.

I didn't get names but the service for making sure our room was cleaned and appropriate towels and changing of bedding was wonderful.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My son & I truly enjoyed most the wonderful options available for breakfast.

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. It met my expectations.

Mattress was too high off the floor. No grab bar in shower. Restaurant overpriced.

Phone didn't work (needed to contact front desk), poor housekeeping (bed not made, coffee packs not repleni, elevator didn't work, ice machine didn't work, unhelful/unfriendly staff

Elevator was broken. My husband is disabled. No accommodation for this.

When I checked in, was informed elevator was not working and our room was on second floor. Then found ice machine also nonworking on second floor. Hotel was being renovated. Room had an odor that showed up during night. Burnt popcorn smell.

It was quiet and clean. That¿s all I want.

The air conditioning was, as always, overtly loud. However, I don¿t think anything can be done about this.

Updated rooms. Lots of towels. Good tv.

Long walk to room from parking.

The booking process online was easy. The staff was very friendly and the room was cozy and clean. The breakfast had a variety of good choices, too.

The bed was so comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel and the piano player are the best. Food was fantastic. Breakfast far exceeded our expectations.

It was clean and quiet, just what I was looking for.

It was VERY hard to find because I was looking for a hotel sign and the sign out front showed the name of the lounge, live music and restaurant, but no mention of hotel. Even with GPS, because of the sign, we passed it.

It¿s a boutique hotel

They advertised a service shuttle to the airport but there isn¿t one

I liked that i did not know what hotel I was getting and when I arrived I was blown away by this great hotel in a great community and how it was such a nice experience! The lady at the front desk was great and the room was outstanding. I will be back.

If I were building a hotel I would use the same concept and build in a nice middle class community which made me feel like I was part of the community and very safe. Love this hotel.

The room was spacious and cheerful and had all the amenities: good size refrigerator, microwave, couch and a large selection of tv channels to choose from.

Very poor service at restaurant/lounge on Sun night. Waitperson was talking or listening on earbud telephone ENTIRE time, even while taking our orders. We had to ask FOUR times for glass of water!!

Was able to charge my electric car. Nice Moes Bar and Restaurant within Hotel

Tesla charger was turned off and not maintained

Cleanliness of all areas, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Location was perfect for our needs. My door didn¿t close securely, was adjusted in a very timely manner.

Location a hospitality nd staff

Nearly fell in the shower, dirty could see dust and hairs in the shower tray and the floors. Not enough garbage bags

Room is quite spacious and breakfast being included is certainly a nice addition.

After being there for 3 nights, getting a late checkout was a formality, especially as it had to do with a real favor we needed so that my son could shower after a soccer tournament and could take then a flight. It was denied.
