The carpet, shower tile, sink, toilet, and room was exceptionally clean. The shower wall and floor tile seemed brand new, and was very pleasant to see. The bed and linens were nice although the blanket was kind of thin. Many T.V. channels to choose.

Staff had no idea what they were doing. First they tried kicking us out of the pool at 7pm because they said it was closed. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and the staff had no idea what to do and if it was real or an error.

The front desk staff seemed annoyed when asked to do their job, the room door was broken and needed to be lifted to close, the fridge was broken, there were loose/broken outlets, and worst of all, I found bedbugs when packing up after the two night stay.

I stayed there a day a week for 3wks in a row. I'm a traveling home health aid. 1st time was great, 2nd time the air didn't work but they moved me right away. The next room had ants...my 3rd stay was great but hot tub wasn't working

Room had comfortable beds. Room had everything we needed, microwave, refrig. bench at the foot of the bed along with 2 chairs at the table/desk. Breakfast was good. Hard boiled eggs along with scrambled eggs and a meat. Coffee, tea & hot choc 24/7.

The front desk staff seemed annoyed when asked to do their job, the room door was broken and needed to be lifted to close, the fridge was broken, there were loose/broken outlets, and worst of all, I found bedbugs when packing up after the two night stay.
