Pros +
- the hotel manager is awesome. Outstanding customer service from all the staff.
- Location, clean rooms,
- Easy to get to and close to the park and ride for the MN State fair
Cons -
- Mattress pad kept slipping off bed from the top every time I moved. Housekeeping readjusted everyday but slippage every night. Frustrating. I think the mattresses were old and needed to be changed but they put mattress toppers rather than new mattress.
- No
- I witnessed a drug deal when I walked out of the hotel. Housekeeping is terrible where I never heard of just putting fresh towels in the bathroom and that was it! The lobby staff was pretty much non existent.
