Location was great.

TV did not work and then wanted to call down to the front but the phone did not work.

Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

I liked the kitchen and front desk staffing. Hotel employee were very welcoming and professional.

I did not like that the room was not cleaned but once and that fresh towels were not furnished unless we requested them from the front desk staff.

Bathroom sink drained slow no maintenance on staff at night. Didn?t get room we requested. Don?t like carpet. Not as clean as I like.

Location was great. The guy that checked me in was nice.

Found a little bug before I went to bed. Killed it and didnt think much of it. The next mrng I saw 2 more. Took pics and showed them to the mgr. She took my phone number and said theyd get in touch with whoever they contract with and call me. No one did

Easy to get to from I80, but far enough so no traffic noise.

The young man who was at the front desk went out of his way tone accommodating. His kindness mattered.

The woman who checked me in was rude. I really just wanted to leave and find a different hotel. I soon learned she was going off duty and was running late

The room was sufficiently large and clean with a very comfortable bed. The gym met our needs. The breakfast was very good and the tables and dispensing areas were clean and tidy. Very polite staff and good follow up regarding room needs.

exhaust fan over the pool area ran every two minutes for a minute and sounded like a farm or a construction tractor running outside our room! Did not have a very restful sleep that night we stayed at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!

The location was great. The breakfast was great as well.

Minor issues would be some stains on the hallway carpeting, marks on the doors and walls and creaks in the floors and bubbles in the carpet.

No handbars in shower. Wife fell out of it.

The hotel was very quiet. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice.

Forthe most part everything was fine, but here are a few small areas for potential improvement. The front desk clerk on our entry was not very welcoming. The night tables were kind of small and crowded. Also, the breakfast was ok but not great.

Heater wasn¿t working, I asked the front desk to have maintenance look at it. Nobody came. It was a chilly 65 degrees in my room.

The breakfast was wonderful. Very clean hotel. Staff was nice.

The shower was terrible! There were multiple settings but the water either trickled out or blasted you in the face.

Breakfast was served until ten o'clock and we went down at 9:40 and there was no eggs no bacon left. I asked the attendant if more was going to be put out and she stated it would take 20 minutes and they close at ten so no.
