My Place Hotel-South Omaha/La Vista, NE

The location is great. The room, bathroom and common areas were very very clean. The kitchenette is nice. Nice basic accommodations at a reasonable price. Very clean. Would recommend for a no frills budget property.

Would like basic utensils in the kitchenette (silverware, bowls, pot, etc). We were given an accessible room, which is fine, but there was no box spring so the bed was very low and only nightstand on one side of the bed.

Needed room key to access floors. Rooms comfortably arranged. Nice breakfast area.

Hotel hall smelled a little like dogs, which are allowed.

Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel attendant was friendly and helpful. The dog fee is only $15 a night.

Room smelled like a dog kennel. I understand it was a dog room however the smell was a little too much. The vinyl was peeling of the back of the chair and bed was solid as a rock.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating in helping with food options close by. We booked this room because nearby hotels were sold out. Glad we found it. Great value for the money!

This is a New Hotel so it is still spotless clean , it's a extended stay so has a small kitchen that we didn't use but beds are super comfortable ,soft and fluffy bedding is a huge plus ! Ac worked flawlessly on a very hot day !

We travel a lot for sports for my kids. This was a clean and friendly hotel that welcomed my kids, and dog and allowed me to travel on a budget. We loved the full kitchenette and eating area, the black out curtains and the location to our soccer games for the weekend!

The ice maker was broken in our fridge and the side door was not functioning with our key card to get back in from walking the dog - both VERY minor inconveniences that wouldn't deter us from choosing My Place in the future.
