Booked a king room. Was given a room with two queens instead. When I asked for the king I was told there were none cleaned available. The first room had zero water pressure. Maintenance wasn?t available to fix switched rooms. Still queens.

This year July 2023 was a big improvement over last year July 2022. The staff was much friendlier, and were much more competent. I had to switch rooms because there was a problem with the lock. The staff was great and I was switched quickly.

Booked a king room. Was given a room with two queens instead. When I asked for the king I was told there were none cleaned available. The first room had zero water pressure. Maintenance wasn?t available to fix switched rooms. Still queens.
