Breakfast was good each day and offered a few varying choices. After a few days, things began to repeat. But the food was always of decent quality.

Wished the price for a longer stay would have been discounted a bit more. Also, the walls are a bit thin so if there are noisy neighbors you can hear everything they say and do. If people are quiet, the place is very quiet.

Breakfast was great. A combination of hot and cold foods were offered.

The only negative I experienced during my stay was that the shade allowed light in. It was a minor problem for me because I like a darker room. For those who like some light it would not be a problem.

Got stuck in Pittsboro due to flooding, staff was exceptionally helpful and kind about our circumstances.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of choices. Hotel was fairly new so everything was modern and looked nice. Very clean and smelled clean. The room was equipped with plenty of towels and linens.

There is a venue close by and a band was playing the first night we stayed but they stopped at a decent time so it didn’t interfere with our sleeping. When we arrived, the door in front was locked and the turnabout door was too. I could see someone working at the desk. Had to knock and get someone’s attention to let me in.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall experience was great.

When I arrived and tried to check in with the Hilton Honors app I was unable to get a digital key. The front desk worker told me there were only accessible King rooms available which is something I prefer not to use. She was able to find me a King room (upgrade) for me. I appreciated her concern and service.

Very clean, easy access to shops and places to eat. Properly was exceptionally clean. Professional and friendly staff. This will be my second stay.

Felt like an upscale hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and lovely shower soaps and lotions. Really liked the nice location.

Only thing I didn’t care for was my pillows and the window unit made some noises. One day we didn’t get our room cleaned but I think that was a miscommunication.

Laneeka was the desk clerk and she did a phenomenal job finding me a room. The handicap room on the first was not available as the email I received stated. She found us a room on the 4th floor and it was spacious. She arranged for a step stool to be bought to the room so the handicap person could get in the bed. She apologized. The 4th floor attendant offered to get my ice and asked me if I needed anything else. The pillows were really fluffy.

The shade in room 428 would not come down. So the room was lit up all night from the outside lights. The handicap person could not get in the tub. But all of this was ok because the staff was so nice. Except the food service worker. I asked for a tray and she laughed and said it's in your room.
