The staff and convenance to food and shopping.

Breakfast was a little plain with one type of meat without regards for non-pork patrons.

I specifically ask for hotel near airport with shuttle. I got no shuttle and 65 dollar taxi fee and in adjoining city 20 some miles away from airport.

the hotel was short on there breakfast supply and staff just said the didn't get the truck in this was on Monday and Tuesday but they didn't make an effort to go to Sam's club near by to get the jimmy dean breakfast sandwich management knows how many

It was close to all kind of restaurants and shopping centers.It was off the main street which made it not so crazy with dealing with traffic.The staff was friendly and helpful and were very kind to us and our dogs.

That darn Covid 19 was going on during our visit so we were not able to make hot waffles which is a must when you go to a hotel maybe next visit.

YES! The toilet was not working my whole trip. I knob was broken so I heard the stream from the toilet all night. i reported it several times but they did not fix it until the day I left

Thin walls and there was a water leak somewhere on the first floor that caused a really bad mildew smell all weekend.

The Mattres NEEDS TO BE REPLACED along with the pillows! I have traveled frequently over the years and this was the first time I ever had a problem getting a good night sleep. I stayed there for two days and will pick a different hotel next time

The area was amazing. It was near mostly everything.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have refrigerators in them. I would have loved to keep my drinks cook while I was out. It was a hot day.

The bedding was comfortable and the rooms were clean. The hotel was very convenient for interstate access.

No fridge, small beds, noisy air conditioner, lack of convenient microwave (had to bother staff), standard low quality breakfast fare (although hot food was provided).

The location was terrific - near interstate and restaurants.

Our room smelled musty, the elevator was broken for two hours, our air conditioner was set on 64 degrees but it never got below 76 degrees. Our items had bad smell after coming home from the air in the room.

the bed! so comfortable and also the pillows were perfect. Air quality was nice.

the shower head was too low for my husband who is just under 6 feet. Not adjustable.
