Dirty towels placed in room, cigarette burn holes in bed sheets, not enough outlet sockets to charge phone, bubbling old paint on walls, cigarettes, trash littered outside

Curtains old,furniture old,and floor unleval.

Did not stay at hotel. Extremely bad. There were people living there with gardens outside there rooms. The maids carts were shopping cart stolen from local stores.

yes first we were not allowed to use the lobby; no place to hang cloths; no slip resistance strips in tub; refrigerator was left unplugged and in the morning there was water all on the floor I almost slipped on it

The place is a dump! Staff was not friendly. The bedding had holes in it. The towels look like they had not been washed just folded and put on the counter.

Nothing much to like at all. The room was dirty they were nasty handprints on the windows inside. Someone knocked on our door three different times between 12:00 and 12:30 that evening. The air conditioner barely worked.

The couple at the front desk were kind.

Everything. It was very dirty and in a rough location. Not great for a single female traveling alone.

Initially the price.

The room was filthy, feces on the toilet seat, stains on the towels, even the sheets were torn and stained. The location was in an undesirable section of Gastonia.

Nothing I left early there were people looking through my vent in the bathroom and I decided to leave three days early didn't feel safe

It was run down only the bear minimum of maintenance was done it was dirty and they tried to scam me out of my deposit ( a deposit that I was only told about after I had arrived and it was cash only)

The bed was ok about it

You couldn't have company or they would make you leave and not refund your money.

It was cheap

The roaches and drug addicts were too much. The office staff were rude.

Up all night due to homeless people and drug deals

How outdated the room was and some of the people were very loud they were not being considered of the people around them it sounded like they were having parties all night

The hotel was cheap and it looked cheap!!and the towells & wash cloths were nasty looking, the bedspreads had holes!!! I went only because helene had us in the dark. We left a day early because rm smelled so smoky l could'nt take it.
