Location but the price was a bit high for the quality of room you recieved for that area.

Wasn't very clean on the downstairs room but they gave us another room on the 3rd floor that was OK. Furniture was nasty and stained bathroom wasn't the greatest but the beds were OK and the sheets were clean with comfy pillows and clean pillowcases.

Modern up to date hotel room with exception of A/C unit, comfortable bed. Very grateful for extremely well lighted parking lot because I had an 6:00 am flight and had to leave at 3:30 am in the morning.

Front desk staff was polite and the rooms were very clean.

I wish there would've been someone available at the desk after hours and coffee at the lobby for guests who are departing in the early morning. I was driving across country and left early around 5am.

Overall for the price it was good. The girl that worked the desk Saturday evening was great! We had several family members there and we ordered in pizza and she got us plates, etc. She put up with all our noise!

The Friday morning breakfast guy (kid) was not friendly AT ALL! Could not even keep up with the coffee! I will tell you, every time I went to get coffee - either morning or evening, it was either COLD or EMPTY!

They are consistent. Even though some of the rooms need minor repair, (i.e.)grout redone. The rooms are nice, the carpets clean and stain free. The beds a little too hard for my liking, but comfortable nonetheless. The staff is always pleasant.

I don't like that the bathmats aren't heavier, to prevent slipping getting out of the shower.

This hotel offered great valentine for the price paid including free breakfast, indoor pool, and comfortable rooms.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Although we got times confused, breakfast staff helped us get food as she was taking it in.
