We were in a pet friendly room, husband is allergic to pet dander. He'd been up all night due to shortness of breath.

The shower head did not work. Trying to go from bath to shower while pulling the tab up I almost pulled the entire faucet out of the wall. And the water pressure was horrible. As well as the tub had a constant drip that couldn?t be stopped.

Everything went well. Smooth in and out. Breakfast was as expected. Easy parking. Easy all around. Comfortable bed. Everything was operable.

The night receptionist was grumpy. Customer service is not her calling. She declined my request for 1 hour later check out due to flight schedule, but I was later told it would be fine. She barely spoke to me & acted annoyed. Also, the smoky odor.

The floor of the room was very dirty- it was a laminate floor with so much hair and dust and dirt- I had to go buy a swiffer to clean the floor!

It was right off I 85

The hotel was dirty, saw a roach in our room. Room smelled like must, and air really did not work. This hotel should not get 2 1/2 stars.

Nice staff, decent breakfast and a quiet room. The location was good as well.

They did not have any shaving cream or razors and I really needed them at the time.

It was convenient to my meeting's location, plus there was free breakfast.

Parking was challenging, as there were large vehicles and trailers that either took multiple parking spaces or blocked the only point of entrance/exit to the lower lot.

I am suffer Asthma and they give me a room stink smoke. Chemical and desinfectant aerosolizes. This is my bad experience because I slept into my car; they didn¿t gave me my money back. Never recommend this hotel

Broken refridgerator, entire hotel smelled like skunks, NO FITNESS CENTER, NOISY location - could not sleep from all the street noise and the really loud AC, tiny hallways and rooms

Very strong smell of weed in hallways. Doors, and windows didn't seem to have ever been cleaned.

Location! It was perfect for traveling on highway 85. Staff when checking in was polite and cheerful.

Condition of the hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. Rusty fixtures and old bedspreads. Very old. Staff when checking out was to busy to talk and never offered any information.

I complained my room smelled like dirty socks ... soo the manager in turn gave me a noise room across from ice machine upstairs from door smokers use to go outside to smoke and loud..] guess he paid me back.. there were many available rooms

Dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed, no elevator, outdoor staircase to second level, huge bump to go over in order to get into the parking lot. You will scrape your car if you don¿t go at an angle. Rooms look nice from 20ft away. Old and dingy up close.

Large room. good plumbing. Staff was nice. good price. Lots of channels on TV.

House keeping was atrocious, Staff did not speak English to the point of understanding anything that was said. Reported water leak in bathroom, only comment was " That's hard to fix"

The hotel was smell very bad. Smoking odor was in my room and I could not sleep. Talked to the front desk lady in thrcAm when checked out. Customers already comments about this . The neighborhood is bad

Staff was rude was not allowed a late check out had to wait on ride outside n heat pool was closed down air conditioner was not very cold

Comfortable bed, convenient location.

Staff was hands down the worse I've ever dealt will. Will never book this hotel again.

Toilet was dirty had pee around toilet and there was hair in the tub and looked like someone slept in bed before even getting there very dissatisfied

No pool, the outside rooms unsafe doors looklike they have been vandalized. Staff in evening not welcoming, very out dated not what picture looks like on website.
