The in coffee maker was full of mold. The shower curtain was dirty and there were stains on the chair. It was not pleasing.

We booked the hotel to enjoy the hot tub after a long week but jets were not working and staff simply said it's hit and miss. Would have liked to know this before heading there and being disappointed.

I got woke up by someone trying to break into my room right before 3:00am.There was a mixup with our room and someone else?s room and got woke up before 3:00am with a call from front desk. Someone said my room was theirs.

The view, the Lady that checked us in, I wasn?t feeling to well, and she was very cheerful, even to tell me about her favorite flower that was currently bloomimg. We also had trouble with our fan unit the first night, but the hotel manager fixed it!

The oriental Lady at the front desk was very rude

The beds are too high. My daughter and myself are on the short side and it was very difficult too get into the beds.

The hotel room was super clean, and the staff was very polite and nice and helpful. The breakfast in the morning with a nice touch, the view of the lake was amazing. The beds were comfortable.

Great continental breakfast! Room was clean. Bed was fantastic after finally getting into it.

The beds are too high off the ground. I'm 5'8" and had to almost jump to get into the bed. As I checked out I laughingly suggested that they needed to have step stools in the room to get into bed. She replied that they had them there at the counter.

Hotel is clean and quiet.

I actually did not get to stay in the room due to a error that happened with the date and time of a refund is available that would be nice too have

Noise from breakfast staff coming to work talking loudly, noise from front desk talking loudly at 12:30 am

The beds were pretty comfortable and the tv was big.

The room itself was pretty small, the pool was very cold and the hot tub didn't work.

I enjoyed the workout room and the breakfast.

I didn't like that the hotel is pet friendly. There's animal hair in the rooms.
