Rodeway Inn Greeneville Downtown

It was under construction. Everything was torn up. Plastic covering things. The breakfast room was closed and barricaded off. No breakfast. No ice machine. No coffee makers in room or lobby. We were the ONLY guests other than workers.

It was not in a horrible location

Elevator didn’t work and only rooms available were to the rear of hotel on 2nd floor

Nothing at all

I hated absolutely everything. They were under renovations. No ice machines, vending machines, ac barely blew and then all the power blew out for three hours. No air, lights nothing just felt like hell. This was a horror movie.

Quiet

Room smelled like mold and wet carpet. Mold on wall in basement was painted over. No towels in room. Had to request them. Light over sink did not work, had to use lamp. Only 3 cars in the parking lot, I felt like I was being set up to be robbed or killed

The hotel staff when I checked in was inept, unprofessional and rude. I arrived at 3pm and the hotel staff didn¿t know how to properly check guest in. The room was not properly cleaned. Dirty/stained carpet, filthy microwave etc. Bring cleaningsupplie

The room, ants, appearance, not clean, no refrigerator, no clean towels, no electricity, lied about having a suite rooms and they don¿t have suite rooms in the hotel.

The hotel smelled like mildew.the room smelled like mildew. The pillow had mold on it. I did not stay at the hotel my entire stay. I left 30 minutes into my stay there because of the smell giving me a headache

This hotel has rooms with no microwave ovens, no refrigerators, no phones, and poor working air conditioners.

The coldness of the refrigerator and air conditioner

The elevator didn't work, the rim of the refrigerator had mildew,I had house keeping to clean it,the shower head was dirty, no microwave,ceiling leaking, smelled like marijuana

The A/C was leaking water into the carpet so Room 119 smells like a HOT SOUR MESS

Super nice lady at front desk... I see why they hired her. She was the ONLY good thing about the place.

Proximity to event

The impression I get is this is a hotel where the chain/owners are unwilling to put any money into needed repairs. The elevators have been out for months and months. Despite this, the staff do their best to try to accommodate their customers.

Elevators were broken. Hallways were tattered and the swimming pool was ugly and empty. Junk was found everywhere and the grounds had weeds everywhere. A sad lady who needs a lot of attention.

I liked nothing about this hotel.

Old, filthy and stinky room with a non functioning air conditioner. The mattresses are old and lumpy and this hotel seems to think that there is no need for a top sheet. Walk across the room a few times barefoot and look at the soles of your feet...filthy

The cleanliness and location

During my check in the clerk stated she didn't see any reservations for me. The elevators were out of order, I had to be move to another room because my TV didn't work however the clerk was aware it did when she placed me there. Bathroom needs repair

I was in a bad neighborhood, the hotel was dirty and the tub didn't work properly and there were bugs in the room! I was so upset that I just stayed with a co-worker in their hotel !

There was nothing good about it.

Old, outdated nasty rooms. Shower drain was stopped up. Nothing seemed to work right. Wouldn't stay here again even if it were free.
