Friendly staff nice clean rooms comfortable bed.

We did get down late for breakfast so that was probably Parton the reason. Was not hot biscuits were a little hard overall a nice selection of food though.

The breakfast offerings were fantastic to someone who needs to eat gluten free. It was refreshing to stay at a hotel that includes breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff at Home 2 Suites was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was very well appointed. Room was large and clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The issues we had were with other guests at the hotel. The room next door had 2 yappy dogs that woke us up at 7am. I didn't know they allowed dogs, so would've chosen a different hotel had I known. The staff did try to contact the room next door.

The salt water pool and the breakfast variety. With Covid going on a lot of the hotels have done bag breakfast or very minimal stuff. This hotel had a little more to choose from which was nice.

There was dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked into our room

Front desk staff always seem to be in the back room. I was a little disappointed when a little old lady needed help getting to her room that the front desk person didn¿t ask if she could help. I was glad I could.

The size of the room. We liked how bright the bathroom was.

The nighttime clerk wasn’t friendly nor helpful. She was hard to find at the front desk. She seemed to be in the back a lot and paid no attention to the guest or front area.

Water softener is turned up too high, water feels slick.

I liked how up too par the hotel was. This is the second time we went there and the service was symetrical.

Front desk went above and beyond for my daughter after a long day of traveling. It was much appreciated and made her day!!

Wish it had a hot tub

The location was good and the room very comfortable and well designed. The breakfast area was kept very clean, as was the facility. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately,the breakfast was a poor excuse for the word.

For the price, I would expect a decent and healthy breakfasr
