Fairfield Inn Joplin

Front clerk was very friendly when we arrived. The location was great for restaurants and easy getting back on to the interstate the next morning.

The front facing street was very busy, cars racing and police chasing in the early morning (not the hotels fault - first time to Joplin)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect right off the hwy with restaurants and gas stations.

The room was clean for the most part, I did find an empty water bottle under the chair in the room and it wasn?t mine, but that is me being picky.

I didn't like that the only ice machine in the hotel was on the first floor. The breakfast was lacking. It was good but it didn't have biscuits and gravy or potatoes or bacon. I expected more.

Breakfast was a bit boring, but it was a typical hotel breakfast so can't really complain. The breakfast attendant was very friendly, which was definitely a like.

The beds were super comfortable and the best thing is the toilets were not made just for kids. The staff was so nice

It was easy to find off the highway and was cost effective.

We found that the tub in the bathroom was very slippery, we did not shower because we did not want to fall. Otherwise the room was adequate for a one night stay.

Convenient location, comfy beds, fluffy new towels, no breakfast per city lock down orders due to virus. plenty of eating establishments nearby.

Really liked the design of the place, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was good too.

They put new comforters on the beds. However they had not been washed before they were put on and they definitely had a petroleum smell from the packaging. I would suggest that to avoid allergy problems with any guests that they wash them first.

Wifi connection was not good. Insufficient bandwidth to do much of anything.

The hotel was very clean, the individual at the front desk when I arrived was friendly and extremely helpful. Also, got a call in the room after checking in to make sure the room was acceptable. My family and I are staying again when we travel next week

Newly remodeled, staff was great, free breakfast was tops (warm and plenty) and great location.
