- Breakfast wasnt served until 8:40 am. Site says 7 am to 10 am for breakfast. We were told we could buy breakfast down the road

- My room was dirty, pubic hair in the spa tub and bed sheets. Stains and holes in/on the comforter. Fire alarm going off for over an hour. 6:15 pm to 7:30 pm or later. No water in our room for almost 2 hours came back on around 9pm. Complained to front desk, about the room issues, she said she would talk to manager about a refund or new room. Didnt get either nor did I get even a phone call when the manager was on site. Told we needed to contact Booking.com. Public coffee was super old and lukewarm, keurig didnt work in our room, coffee looked like tea after it was brewed. We walked down for breakfast at 8am, told no breakfast until 8:40am even though site says 7am-10am. I paid a decent amount of money for very poor quality.
- We noticed the building may be older in terms of floor hearters and some other small features like the bathrooms for instance! BUT it was VERY clean and very impressive for the price. The staff were very friendly. If the location can consider updating the building without taking away from the affordability and experience- it would be worth it. People will spend alot of time in the clubhouse, pool, bathrooms, and lounge. Maybe toss in small room features like updated accent walls in the rooms and new bathroom features- But overall 10/10! We will be back!

Loved the views, breakfast club experience, and price!
