Location and the room size

Hot tub working would have been nice. But not a deal breaker.

Room was very large with full size fridge

AC struggled to keep up with the hot temps

Easy to find, close to stores and food, great spa

Room details included a hot tub but when we arrived we discovered it was actually outside.

Lots of special touches. Bed was so incredibly comfortable. Location was awesome.

I'm not a fan of the tip envelope left for room cleanin. I understand it and have seen it before but it's a little uncomfortable especially when you only stay one night and only mess up the bed. I feel it should be included in the price of the room.

Hotel was very much home like, such a cozy experience.

Charm

The location was nice close to downtown close to Lake Michigan and close to skips steakhouse.

I paid $250 for a one night stay in an off-season hotel the original room the TV didn’t work. The hot tub was filthy behind. The TV was absolutely disgusting with dirt dust grind the property manager had to come to our room to try to fix the TV which she couldn’t so they had to move our room to a different room. It did have a bigger bathroom but we just use the shower. The toilet was coming off the floor. In the new room totally not worth $250 and it was non refundable because I would’ve went somewhere else

The bedding was exceptional. The shower and outdoor hot tub were awesome too. The kitchen was well appointed. Lisa responded immediately the one time we reached out and responded within minutes.

Our suite was right on the main road and the road noise was significant. It didn’t keep us awake however. No closet or dresser and only one suitcase valet - a bit limiting for our longer stay.

A cute two room space with a wonderful two person jet tub and everything you need in a getaway kitchen.

I suggested a box of Kleenex and to provide a couple teas for those non coffee drinkers.

Nice amenities close to town.

“Queen bed” was a full bed. Would not have booked if accurately described. Loud road/traffic noise from trucks at all hours.

Good location. Nice landscaping in backyard. Great bed and AC. Clean room. Very helpful housekeeping. Cute theme, PostBoy room. Never met staff, but very responsive by phone for linen needs.Not there but to sleep, as family had VRBO nearby for large group. Quiet area.

Sliding glass door without a lock and with just a pole to try to make secure. Door could slide open an inch or two with pole in place. Heard laundry facility at 8a through bedroom floor vent, and saw light. Laundry must've been directly below our unit. Bathroom window crank wouldn't open window. Place is for sale.... May explain maintenance issues.

Close to town and beach.

Too close to road. A little noizy.

That it felt homey and close enough to walk to most things but not in the middle of everyone

Would like to see the front cleaned up better

Light over entry door was out which made it difficult to enter code to get in

Bath tub with jets was huge and very clean

Easy access and walking distance to the beach.

Hot tub was broken and we were not aware.

The location was great, everything in walking distance. The only thing I could say negative would be we couldn’t control the temperature in the room. Which really wasn’t even that big of deal, it’s just the first night it did get a little warm.

The property was nice

Upon arrival the entry way was icy and I fell due to how slippy the conditions were. It took hours for someone to come salt because they weren’t even at the property. There needs to be some touch ups, the bed frame wasn’t attached to the bed, the mattress was extremely firm and unpleasant to sleep on. We couldn’t use the patio because they didn’t remove the snow

Owner texting or coming to suite a lot. I enjoy my privacy.Room? Fireplace broken & Rainfall shower head as well. I could’ve complained but the staff was so nice!
