Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

Very clean, room was very comfortable by far the best value of any of the properties at the New Buffalo exit, Also was great having a shuttle to and from Four Winds casino.

Room has a slight musty smell too it, free breakfast was meh.

The location. The bed. The breakfast. The view from window. And the price.

The room had tobacco/smoke smell.

Helpful staff. Comfortable bed.

We had to request a room change because the bedspread in the initial room had nasty smells. People were also smoking weed in the parking lot. Public floors were not clean.

Outside sitting and grill

The hot tub was foamy

The location was great and the staff was friendly

Before we even checked out. I had place a do no disturb sign in the morning. While getting dressed, someone from the cleaning staff came in to the room, while my guest and I were getting ready. Apparently he stated that he thought we checked out.

Location and shuttle to the casino

The elevator was broken, room was dirty, had hair all over the floor and countertop. Price was too high for the holel.

Interior and room were comfortable, inviting and modern. As an older motel it exceeded my expectation.

Parking and exterior.

The breakfast was fresh and great location

The heater unit was very loud in the room and the beds were not comfortable

Location , surrounding, clean room

It definitely needs some updating

The beds were horrible can feel springs through the flimsy mattress

location

We stayed at a hotel this weekday for $--bucks and with zero quality changes in food or services we paid $-- for the same room,.all other online vendors should eliminate or reduce fees every day and especially on weekends. working consumers

Clean and comfortable bed

Television in our room didn't work. Internet would not stay connected.

Good location, comfortable bed, good value

It was clean, quiet, and accessible. Staff recommended Redamaker¿s for our evening meal. The food was great, the staff attentive, and the total vibe was Lake Michigan friendly.

No. We would definitely return if traveling in Southwest, Michigan, or in route to Chicago.

I liked the location.

I have stayed at this hotel throughout the years and this visit wasn¿t the best. We changed rooms a couple of times due to the cleaniness. We settled on a room on the main floor. We reported very loud neighbors and nothing was done. We didn¿t sleep.

This hotel was excellent. Very clean everywhere, room, lobby, breakfast area. I will definitely stay here again when in this area.

What I like about this hotel is it's great location. This place has a pool and a hot tub (which is absolutely wonderful). There are a couple tables to sit outside near the woods. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows.

The in room refrigerators may need to be replaced and possibly the air conditioner filter. The room was a little musty and damp compared to the air in the hallways.

Clean, friendly staff.

AC was pretty noisy¿ to the point where I couldn¿t sleep with it on. But I just pre chilled my room while I was away, came back, turned it off, slept like a baby.

There were windows that opened and this was pleasant in the evenings.

There was someone cooking every night on my floor with high heat and you could smell burnt oil. This hotel is used by construction workers a lot.

Location and hot tub were excellent.

Hotel pool light was broken and laying in pool.
