I enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and professional. The property is exceptionally clean and well kept.

Cleanliness of the ENTIRE location, from rooms to lobby, pool, dining area and the external facility. Top notch.

It wasn't an issue, but the style of the hotel didn't have a covered walkway to the pool area. So, we opted to not partake in the pool/spa, because we didn't want to walk outside in the cold afterwards.

We have stayed at the best western an we will not stay anywhere else we have know problems beautiful amazing place staff great rooms great great great breakfast I can not say enough about this hotel I tell people everyone about this hotel love it .

the breakfast and the BEDS so comfy. we have stated 3 times in 8 months .

Well last time stayed here it was better this time they checked the box saying we I'd not want house keeping Service I would NEVER say that so had to ask for service the second night and when they came the next day same sheets for 3 nights that is wrong

The rooms look updated and they were clean and nicely decorated. I love having the refrigerator and microwave along with the coffee maker. The breakfast served was much nicer than most "included" breakfasts as the food seemed fresher and less processed.

Please add tea pods along with the coffee for us tea drinkers.

Clean pool and hot tub with changing room! Most comfortable bed ever! They told me they had just purchased new beds. Good water pressure and breakfast included eggs

The pool and hot tub are located in a different building so we had to go outside and it was quite cold outside.

At 25 degrees outside temp. at night,the heater unit below the window runs constantly and overheats and dehumidifies/dries the room at a setting of 67 deg. Would be great to advise guests to set 5 degrees lower to get some sleep the first night, perhaps t

staff was very friendly and helpful the room was large with two queen beds. The beds were very nice sleep well. Looks like updated shower.location you needed to drive to town not far. they had a good breakfast i will stay there again.

Booked this Place because of the indoor pool. Pool was closed the entire stay. Would have liked some sort of discount due to that fact.
