I was told that you had a indoor and a outdoor pool which is the main reason we stayed there and it only had a outdoor pool that wasn't even open yet and I couldn't get a refund and my husband was very upset. There were several things that were poor.

My room was dirty had a smell and it was falling apart. I was shocked and not expecting this. I check d in late and there were no other room options. The toilet was not secure to the floor. The sink. Cracked down the middle.
