- I booked the property for breakfast and dinner as I stayed there after a 16 hr flight. That day neither the restaurant was open nor was there free breakfast the next day. I expect prior information.
- My room key didn't work when I left and returned to the hotel went to the front desk couldn't give me any explanation of what happened basically checked out in the system my luggage was rearranged someone had been in it on top of that the elevator wasn't working so I had to take the stairs with my suitcase this is totally unacceptable
