- The front staff were accommodating and friendly.

Cons -
- The 1st room we got assigned, some of the power points were not working. The maintenance guy came and checked but no luck. So I requested for another room, and the staff were able to accommodate a replacement room, but that room smelled bad.
- The room was a little outdated. There was a bit of damage where the handle of the bathroom door had ripped up part of the molding. Could have use more outlets for plugs.
- There was standing water in the bathtub and the hotel could not fix it for two days, nor could they offer me a different room. The sheets were stained with spots of blood.
