- The Clarion hotel is a nice modern hotel. It's clean, looks like it has new carpeting, and has decent sized rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is relatively close to the Detroit Metro airport, so the shuttle ride is short.
- Clean, reasonably priced, free airport shuttle, large menu, free breakfast, polite and friendly staff.
Cons -
- No pool, dirty! Had to pay for breakfast ?
- The hotel is laid out like a large quadrangle. Depending on your room assignment, you could end up with a long walk from the elevator to your room. The rooms have the modern electronic locks where you only need to tap the card, but they are very touchy.
- The worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life still getting charged $--- for a room I was never even able to check into
