- Filthy rooms, no water in vending machines, bathrooms leaking They did not changed the bed sheets etc
- Very noisy
- Heat was not on in room on arrival. Coffee pot did not work.Shuttle driver couldn't lift bags into van,medical reasons. Driver stated she had not eaten in 3days.Driver was not well kept. Felt sorry for her. Could've passed for a homeless person.
