- Great staff!
- Hotel is undergoing renovation. Breakfast was good and the breakfast area is well done. Room was fairly comfortable and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels and felt safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. More than adequate for a short stay.
- The staff was polite and listened to our concerns, although they ultimately did nothing.
Cons -
- Ongoing renovation unfortunately left dust in the room. While the location is good in terms of being close to 275 and businesses it can be difficult to get onto Ford Road at rush hour.
- Safety is a major issue, as well as uncleanliness.
