Accessibility to staff, and congenial, helpful, can-do attitude of employees. We had a very small room with no desk or fridge. We needed both. The hotel switched us to a nearby room that answered all our needs, no price change. Very impressive.

Accessibility to staff, and congenial, helpful, can-do attitude of employees. We had a very small room with no desk or fridge. We needed both. The hotel switched us to a nearby room that answered all our needs, no price change. Very impressive.
