Pros +

Conveniently located for travel to the area. Located off the road for a quiet room. Never had issues with noise. The satellite tv could be upgraded. Linens clean.
It was cheap, but you get what you pay for!!
It was a perfect location for what I had to do the next morning. The owner is friendly and courteous and the room was perfect for the price.

Cons -

The only thing was there TV service, it was Dish and would keep "updating" and interrupting what you were watching.
The sheets were dirty and did not appear to be changed from the last guest that stayed there. Woke up and I had ants crawling on my feet. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend anyone to stay there.
Bed was the most uncomfortable thing !! They need new mattresses
