- Kind friendly staff, clean room definitely would stay again
- The front desk staff, Lexi specifically, was super nice and super helpful.
- Really nothing
Cons -
- It was dirty, room was not serviced, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. The carpet was older and had large strips that was raised, I almost fell. I have a disabled right leg. The check in staff didn?t ask any disabilities, even as I have a limp. No pet room.
- Ants in the room, mold in the a/c
- Someone was smoking in there room on the same floor as us. Front desk said they had talked to the person about that before. Sprayed hall will chemicals. Next morning same thing. Front desk said sorry. Will not stay there again.
