Didnt change towels, fill supplies (toilet paper), no toothbrush, toothpaste, etc

The staff was rude. They got into my personal affairs. They were unprofessional. They charged me extra money for pre-existing damages and blamed me.

Nothing, it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been. My son wouldn’t even step in the shower.

Everything. Is was so dirty that I do not know how there are not health department violations. My standards are low but even if I was paid to stay there I wouldn’t again.

The room did not smell and the beds seem to be pretty clean

It was definitely a cheaper hotel, shower curtain & toilet were dirty and the toilet was stained, the juice and coffee machines were broken, lots of cursing and violent talk by others at breakfast

Literally nothing besides the front desk girl was kind.

They refused to refund me after I showed up to find that 24 hours prior there was a brutal murder/suicide where a woman killed herself by the lobby after she drove her car through the hotel and started shooting. We couldn’t stay there after this.

Easy on and off the highway and that’s the only good thing.

Terrible experience, dirty room, cigarette burns in the sheets and to top it off we got no sleep because of a man that was beating his wife a few doors down. Between that, a streaking woman in the hallway & police and paramedics causing a bunch of ruckus

How high the bed was considering handicapped accessible room. Not walk in shower. Hard to find hotel.

The vending machines were outdated and the breakfast was nothing but a snack bar.
