Price, value, convenience and friendly staff.

The night manager was great, but the morning clerk did not protect my privacy.

The room was large enough and clean. The location was great.

The staff wasn't helpful. They don't keep conducive hours for an in-person checkout. The supposed breakfast included was next to nothing, cold, and yes, stale. The bed was as hard as a rock. The toilet was way too short/low. It was there for midgets only.

Very easy access from the interstate. Located near restaurant?s. Affordable pricing.

it was old in need of updates, looks dingy. One of the outlets in the room had no cover over it and when I went to put my phone charger cord into it the outlet was loose not very safe.

I didn't know how to turn the ac on and the staff came in right away and showed me. You just had to leave key in room and go. Didn't have to go to office and check out. The location is very close to sturbridge village.

No secure WiFi available. Room was near ice maker ( I think) heard motor running when trying to sleep. Left at 2:00 am

Very clean, staff was pleasant

Shortage of carts. We so many rooms in hotel they need more carts. There wasn't any available when we checked in. My daughter went and found one herself

It was inexpensive.

Lobby and external entrance to lobby was cluttered. Requests for replacing non-functioning hairdryer was never fulfilled. I had broken wrist & electric scooter, but no accessibility ramps for wheelchairs or scooters were available. Staff not helpful.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and extremely friendly! They even allowed us to check in early! Next time we go to Massachusetts we will forever stay here

The bed was super hard & it really hurt my back!

The fact that we were only staying one night.

They checked us into a room already occupied. They then gave us a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned yet from previous guest.

It was not very clean.They advertise breakfast but the selection was poor. Coffee was fair.

It fit our budget and need of a place to sleep for the night

Not the fault of the hotel itself but the people upstairs were very very loud.

The front desk woman went out of her way to be helpful when we had forgot to pre-book our dog.

The front desk lady is very very rude, the room sound insulation is not good.

Check in time was late needs to be earlier. Better job cleaning bathroom especially.
