Hampton Inn Sturbridge

Stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned or beds made after 1st night. Think it was oversight, did not complain to management.

Amenities were closed and not disclosed at booking. Room was disgusting, nasty towel left in bathroom.

2:00 am fire alarm got use out of the building for 25 minutes from the third floor, using the stairwell

Construction until 10 pm. No pool or hot tub.

A great hotel to pullover, it was just a minute off the highway yet a very quiet and safe town. I felt comfortable walking in alone at night. My room was so quiet and clean. Honestly this is the cleanest hotel I¿ve ever stayed at.

The breakfast had a nice variety and was constantly maintained by pleasant staff!

The water was so heavily chlorinated it was unpleasant to drink or brush teeth with, etc. We realize this may be beyond the hotel's control, but a source of unchlorinated water with which to fill water bottles, etc. would have been nice!

Breakfast was good.

Staff did not inform us at check in that we need to request maid service a day ahead. Limited parking space.

Hotel itself was good, very clean, convient location, and good breakfast..

We had booked another hotel, and purposely booked this hotel because they had a pool and hot tub, when we got to the hotel, the pool and hot tub were closed...so i paid double the other room for less services..needless to say I was extremely unhappy...

I found a cock roach in the bathroom.

I was so disappointed. I stayed there three years ago. And it was nice. This time it was horrible. I won’t stay there again.

Everything was great, if I had to be spoiled and had to choose something, and the virus messed it up, was maybe the hot tub working. That’s it! Loved the stay

Clean and comfortable

Staff wasn’t helpful. Couldn’t get a receipt on departure. Upon arrival I had to wait for the girl at the desk to finish getting high in the parking lot.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel and rooms were clean and a good breakfast in the morning. Would stay again!

Not much

Several things. The night of our stay a wedding party rolled in between 12 oclock and 1 oclock and there was a tremendous amount of noise in the lobby and hallways for about a half an hour,waking everyone. One of the two rooms that we rented was fil

The hotel seems to be into energy conservation and flat lined the temperature in the rooms to not go above 67 degrees and staying mostly at 65 degrees. After bringing it to the staff's attention several times we gave up and wrote a letter to Hilton Corp.

No problems.

Several fixtures in the bathroom, toilet paper holder and a towel bar, were lose or almost falling off the wall.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Clean. Great breakfast everyday. Hotel Employee was fantastic, very helpful.

This hotel was a perfect for a long weekend vaca w/ 2 boys. The pool was a perfect get away from the northeaster we just got hit with in ME. The king room with foldout couch was great. Staff was WONDERFUL.

The only issue was with the fold out couch. Once it was opened there wasn't any walking space between either bed. We had to climb in from the opposite side. If the king bed was moved over 12 inches it would have been PERFECT. We managed for our short trip

It was easy to get to off the major highway. Loved the coffee bar available all day. Included breakfast was a hit with the kids.
