Cleanliness and customer service and location. Nice early check in with late check out is great.

The pillows on the bed were very firm. Also, parking proximity to hotel with expense.. having to pay $54 per night for parking when already staying $----/night just made for added unexpected expense.

The location was impeccable. The rooms were spacious. Bathrooms well engineered. Love the aesthetic of the hotel.

Instead of paying the $51/day for valet parking. Park on the street for about $18/day. Parking is free from 8 pm through 8 am, and free on Sundays.

My past experience at the Row was nothing less than exceptional. The free parking they offered in no more. The staff was professional but unfriendly. The room was sub-par and attention to detail was lost. The shower control didn¿t work.

The room was cool, loved the bathroom. The beds super comfortable, the tv hit the spot & the coffee machine.

There was little water in the mini fridge, barely any sugar for the coffee. The view wasn't so great.

I am generally a solo traveler but this trip was with grandchildren. While I love this hotels upscale & sophisticated decor, I really appreciate their efforts to be kid/family friendly. At check-in I mentioned kids & staff gave me tips. Loved it all.

Considering we were outside of Boston, parking was expensive.

Pool, bathroom set up with hand held shower, proximity to so many shop, restaurants & attractions. If that isn't enough, there is an MBTA stop that gets you into downtown Boston pronto.

No room service. I was alone with two toddlers so while hotel had a restaurant & there were plenty nearby, my mobility wasn't great. Uber Eats solved my problem. But I would have preferred to have pancakes and juice delivered via room service. YMMV

Terrible experience. Didn't give me the type of room I'd booked because I wasn't a Marriott member. Tons of construction in the area and they literally put me where all the noise was. Hair on the bathroom floor. Would def not stay here again!

the staff was very friendly and eager to assist, the interior design was beautiful and the temperature adjuster was so easy to use. the pool was stunning

the architecture was horrible you had to enter the gym to get to the pool and there is no bathroom close by, my sister cut her leg and we did not have anywhere close to rinse off she had to wrap her leg in 2 towels

It is new and fresh. Nice decor. Room size was just fine. Right next to T stop (subway and train), very convenient. Lots of dining options in the area. Plenty of Uber availability. Close to a lot of things. When the new Casino opens .. watch out!

The fragrance they pump in the lobby and entrance is a bit much. And the elevator, I think. Need to tone it down.

Beautiful hotel! I was shocked to see such a low price in such a beautiful area. Even more so shocked when we arrived and throughout our stay. The place is awesome and I hope they are able to keep their rates where its at. I will be back!

Loved the ease to get there, parking isnt “boston prices”, and getting to enjoy everythibg at assembly row.

The bathroom sliding door was broken, 5 yr old got stuck inside, wand in shower didnt work, making it tough to shampoo my youngest’s hair.

Love the hotel, staff, location, beds were comfortable, food was good, lots of little extra touches like T passes, and food credits.

Nothing, but a hot tub would be pretty awesome

Really nice place, the location is excellent next to many shops in Somerville, reception staff ara amazing especially anny, she was super helpful and nice to us upon our arrival, made our checking process very easy and smooth

The breakfast, you have 25$ you can use a day, but we endup not using it at all, they give you two option for breakfast, buffet or you can order room service, we entered the buffet but it was very limited one, just few main dishes. So there isn’t many diversity can customize to different nationality guests
