Pros +

Superb location near the subway but outside of the busiest part of town. Room was OUTSTANDING. Better than any hotel. Plus there's a very friendly kitty!

Cons -

A little noisy because it's a house with loud stairs and thin walls, but nobody was overtly loud or obnoxious. A minor annoyance. Could have used more non-decaf coffee in the room, but we probably could have asked for more.
