Location and spaciousness . The grounds are lovely and it is minutes from Tanglewood and Lenox.

Condition of the apartment was … close to shabby. Shades did not work. Bedside lamp broken. Wasps on balcony — we asked for help with that immediately but no one ever came. Frig about to die, so loud it would wake you up.

Beautiful property, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and nice community amenities - indoor & outdoor pool, sauna, clubhouse.

Some parts of the rooms are starting to show their age - some of the doors can be quite sticky, and the crank on our bedroom window (ground floor) was cracked. Small, manageable qualms.

The amenity¿s it had and the gorgeous grounds it was surrounded by. The location was in the Berkshires and close it many activities.

It was perfectly fine for our needs.

Location is wonderful. Grounds are lovely staff is great. WiFi is poor to nonexistent.

The apartment was clean and neat . There was a beautiful view out the backyard . The apartment had everything that we needed except for the blow dryer did not work and the TV in the bedroom did not work and the Jacuzzi in the bathroom it did not work.

I did not like the fact that on Booking.com, it states that there is a hot tub & Jacuzzi , this place does not offer either of those so that was a flat out lie. When I spoke to the office staff, they just seen they just say we don't have one. They did not offer no apologies or anything. I also emailed Mike the manager about the situation and I have yet to hear from him. Because I have arthritis. I sit in my heart up at night for 30 minutes and it eases the pain. Because this was not offered to me my second day there was not as pleasant so we just checked out early and left.

It was close to Tanglewood. 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen

The microwave was broken. They did replace it in the morning. The internet was down the entire weekend, also no cable.

The interior space is good

Generous amount of space inside the condo. Neighbors were quiet. The club house facilities (pool & sauna) was nice.

The heating systems required a continuous fan and even while set at LOW the fans were quite loud.

Excellent place to rest and to admire the nature!

I didn’t receive a call to explain that my key was available in the box besides the administration office and I was completely lost, but was a wonderful days!

Clean but dated. Coil burners on the stove. Minimal silverware and dishes. Great location

Pool was cold. Asked them to turn up the temp but it wasn't done. Never plowed out the parking spaces or walkway in our section after a 5" snow storm.

Location proximity to Lenox, Lee, and Stockbridge, and Great Barrington. Unit was very spacious. Had a fully stocked kitchen. Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower was very nice.

The big orange storage container outside my door was unpleasant to look at. The heating unit in the bedroom was very loud.

Beautiful location in the Berkshires

Been coming here for over 25 years and it’s the same things. Maintenance is either severely shorthanded or nonexistent. Toilet components are all corroded preventing proper flushing. Loose screws,handles,etc. everywhere. Just general disrepair everywhere in multiple units. Very disappointing

Great unit. Bathroom had been updated. Roomy, lots of in unit amenities. Close to great museums and restaurants.

Location is amazing - set in beautiful parkland on the edge of a pretty town. Lots to do on site - pool, gym, tennis courts, lakes, walks. Very clean accommodation. Site is well managed. This place is a destination in itself. Would definitely recommend.

Access to club facilities, pool etc is only during office hours ( 9 - 6)except fri and sat( 9 - 8)so we did not get to use them as we were exploring the area during day. Decor is dated but everything is super clean and well maintained.

Location was great and area was beautiful. Central to everything. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable-smart TV, pots, pans, beds were great.

Back door wouldn't stay closed so floor was wet. Had a bit of a wet smell. Almost moldy/mildewy. Wish there was some stuff in kitchen-salt and pepper

We enjoyed the location and the size. Very pretty area. Also enjoyed the small deck.

Could use some updates. Tile taped on in shower/tub. Needs to have siding washed down in areas.

Location is very pretty.

Place is spacious, but very outdated. Bathroom is large, the bathtub is outdated, as well as the bathtub curtains. Seems like they were kept washed since the beginning of the time when bathroom was built. Towles are old and the small stains cannot even be removed through laundry anymore. Cobweb on the open porch. Pond has not been cleaned for a log time and its smelly.

The setting is beautiful and quiet and the condo is spacious and very comfortable.

There were small signs of neglect such as a missing soap dish in the shower and a practically falling off door knob to the not very clean small balcony. We weren’t told the unit would be on the second floor which necessitated schleping luggage up the stairs with no offer of assistance from staff.
