Four Points By Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod

Staff was fast and friendly upon checkin. Bed very comfortable.

Body wash in shower empty. Faucet not flowing fully. Lack of hot water in shower-only warm. Stairway carpet warn and dirty. Door at top of stairway B not closing properly. Door to room hard to open. Lights above bed inconveniently placed switch

The pillows were pretty good.

I found some of the staff cool, patron8zing, and not pleseant to interact with...

Our second night was interrupted multiple times by children running around the entire hotel unaccompanied by their parents, screaming, yelling, slamming doors. Staff could not control it. Many guest complained and spoke to many children. Manager not there

Good location pretty much smack-dab in the middle of the Cape. Clean rooms, helpful staff.

Iconic location on the Cape. The hotel was quiet but clean. They were covid conscious. The room was quiet and felt safe. The front desk person was very polite. Would recommend year round.

It's off season but nothing pops out. There was nothing not to like

I have stayed at the Sheraton 4 times this summer. The beaches from the elbow up are wonderful.

The indoor pool room is a bit too hot... lower the temp by about 5 degrees would make it perfect

Both sink and shower drain were very slow.

Clean and modern

Air conditioning unit was very loud when on and running. If you are a light sleeper it can make it difficult to sleep at night

It's on Cape Cod!

We booked for four people but they only would give us 2 breakfast vouchers.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. It was a very large room and very comfortable:

There were items left in the refrigerator from the last guest.

Excellent room and staff. Great indoor and outdoor pools.

The parking lot is vast with too few trees and flowers, making the hotel look less pleasant than it is.

Price and location. Right on Route 6 and within easy driving distance of all things mid-Cape.

Large, sprawling hotel. Stairwell and hallway carpeting old and need replacing. Not where I would spend my vacation, but fine for business travel.

Hotel was under major renovation. The first room we received had no door so we had to get another.

Location and reputation. I had stayed a number of times at this hotel years ago. The room was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The pool area was very cold, it was not enjoyable; our tub faucet leaked all night and the water drained so slowly after our showers that it took hours before it was empty. The staff apologized but there was nothing that they could do at the time.

our room was facing the indoor pool. it was raining the whole time we were there so it was LOUD the entire time!!

No elevator to 2nd floor.

Very close to national sea shore beaches

Ask for room away from indoor pool..no window to outside in room
