- This is an old motel that was nicely renovated and moved upscale. They did a nice job overall. The king size bed was comfortable. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained even in a drought year.
Cons -
- There is no sound insulation between the rooms. We heard every cough from the adjacent rooms, and they undoubtedly heard more from us than they cared to.
- Wish the AC was a bit quieter, but it was pretty similar in sounds compared to other ACs in hotels.
- We drank coffee/sugar in room and it was not replenished the next morning, despite our leaving a tip for cleaners. Perhaps an oversight?

Hosts  were wonderful. Hotel is so clean, great location to get to beach. True pride in ownership.

Easy to find; close to beaches; pool, bikes & fridge available; caters to adults only (we needed a break from kids); very nice breakfast and new breakfast room; considerate & informative proprietors; new lovely landscaping. Earplugs provided for traffic.

The owners, were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Great base location for exploring Cspe Cod.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly. the owner greeted us by name every day. He was always kind and wanted to make sure our visit was great. The place runs more like a b&b then a hotel. You can tell they care about their guests.
Not a thing. It exceeded our expectation. I usually try to avoid 2 star hotels, but this place was great. I have never had conversation and service like this place.
The owner was extremely nice and on top of all aspects of his motel. The facilities have had significant renovations making it far nicer than most similar facilities in the area. I will be back again. The fresh warm muffins/rolls made my day.
