I walked into the room and immediately knew that this room would not work for me. It was very old, outdated, it smelled and the bed was poor in quality. I immediately went to the front desk to "check out" but they refused and charged my card $--- anyway
great location, great price, great cancellation policy, friendly staff. even though we all checked in on different days, the hotel was able to give us 3 rooms all next to each other.
the tub had been painted and the paint in the tub was peeling in our bath.
Convenient location to Wellfleet and Eastham beaches. The pool was very relaxing. Great place for breakfast next door. The room was clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. Very affordable.
