- Location was ideal for accessing various neighborhoods in Boston and easy to get to Logan Airport.

- Elevaters made scary metalic sounds
- Our room, 2nd floor, had a leaky heating/a/c unit that allowed cold air and smoke to enter the room from smokers clustered outside of the hotel entrance.
- No continental breakfast, no coffee available before 6:30 some of us have to work
