I booked a non smoking room and at check-in they told me I had to take a smoking room because that is what I booked. That was a lie and I did not sleep well in the smokey room. (He did offer to spray some air freshener). I guess if you smoke then ok.

Clerk told me there was a $50 cash deposit required. I told her to forget it because that was never stated when I booked the room. She then proceeded to tell me that was O.K. She wouldn¿t require it. Very suspicious.

I booked a non smoking room and at check-in they told me I had to take a smoking room because that is what I booked. That was a lie and I did not sleep well in the smokey room. (He did offer to spray some air freshener). I guess if you smoke then ok.
