This Resort is part of Hilton's Curio Collection. Luxury shopping boutiques, a golf course and several sports courts are featured at this Texan resort. The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 30-minute drive from George Bush International Airport. A flat-screen TV, microwave and compact refrigerator are offered in the spacious Woodland Resort rooms. Select rooms overlook the pool or golf course. Ironing facilities and a safety deposit box are also included. Guests can play a game of tennis or go for a walk and have dinner on the property. The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton also features the Forest Oasis Waterscape, which offers 2 outdoor pools, a waterslide and lazy river. Pros +
- the view even though i had originally wanted the first. floor room access to the pool the hotel sold my room ended up on the third floor no pool access
- Pool area is great for kids and staff at pool are great!
- The outdoor adventures were nice but the room and customer service was horrible
Cons -
- yes the hotel sold my room to someone else and doubled charged my credit card but hotel took care of their mistake right away
- Front desk is small space then next to bar so smelled alcohol all over and so noisy when we checked in around 8pm. It was good review hotel but so disappointed.
- Maintenance on rooms could be a bit more attended too. Staff at front desk and conference center were a bit disinterested in assisting guests.
