I do not like that room service is not provided unless you request it. They did not share this info at check in. The lobby was full of athletes eating DoorDash. They seemed short staffed. Vehicle window broken on site by robber. Items stolen.

The staff went over and above to accommodate my folks. There was a misunderstanding concerning their room was occupied by mistake. They were immediately upgraded and snacks and drinks comped for any inconvenience (which there wasnt). ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿

The people were kind and helpful. The hotel is under renovation. BOTH elevators had cardboard and blue blanket walls with graffiti all over. Our original room was supposed to be two queens, but it was a king suite with mirrors off the walls...
