- The staff went over and above to accommodate my folks. There was a misunderstanding concerning their room was occupied by mistake. They were immediately upgraded and snacks and drinks comped for any inconvenience (which there wasnt). ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
- It was lovely. Clean, quiet, well-insulated for noise. Staff were helpful and very kind.

Cons -
- I do not like that room service is not provided unless you request it. They did not share this info at check in. The lobby was full of athletes eating DoorDash. They seemed short staffed. Vehicle window broken on site by robber. Items stolen.
- 1) The luggage carts were small, so that was inconvenient. 2) The in-room lighting was too bright and stark!! Especially the bathroom light surrounding the large circular mirror!! Horrible!!
- Not bei gable to use their pool or sit on the back deck
