they called the police on me because i was 15 min past checkout time. now i have a no trespass order. i am getting a lawyer!

Breakfast

Barking dogs left alone in adjoining hotel room for 4 hours. Staff response was not great.

Location

I stayed here several months ago and the pool was not open and both treadmills were not working. When I came back it was the same way. And both times they refused to give me a lat

Staff is friendly, fun and very helpful

Only the lady in the next room yelling "Tommy" for about 30 minutes. I hope Tommy is ok.

Leaving

The heat wouldn?t turn on initially when we checked in, after we finally got it to turn on, it wouldn?t turn off. It was 90 degrees in our room, and they refused to come fix it. I was unable to sleep all night.

The location was perfect. The room was pretty clean when we first opened the door. Front desk gentleman very friendly. The woman who put out the breakfast was very tidy and thorough

People smoking weed in their room, very stinky! The bathroom products didn't have a nice smell at all We stayed at the Hilton in Dedham and in Danvers, they used Crabtree and Evelyn much nicer scent

Bed's were cozy and most of the staff brought a good energy to their job.

The room had a musty smell and the fire alarm "dead battery" beep started going off at 1am. The attendant was new and had no solutions until 7am. He said he called his manager 3 times with no response. Not his fault but we couldn't sleep.

There were a lot of dogs around. Was not aware that there were not designated rooms. Family had to change rooms due to the odor. Wish that was stated somewhere.

The room was clean, new, and well decorated and comfortable beds, nice bathroom, nothing lacking. Good hot breakfast each morning. Good coffee!!

Quiet, Friendly Staff

unfortunatly the Room smelled of Marijuana my cloths and suitcase smell like it when i put it in my vehicle.i Guess the maids didnt smell it??

Location was great, not far off highway but set back and therefore quite,no road noise

was supposed to be a breakfast in the morning and there was nothing! was supposed to have a pool and it has not even opened as they are waiting for permits from the city. Then DON'T advertise yet that you have a pool.

The room wasn't clean. It had soiled towels in the dresser and dirt stains in the shower which means the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Management response was not sufficient. Hotels want full price but want to cut corners with the cleaning. Not ok!!

The breakfast! It made my day! The attendants in the breakfast area were awesome!

There was only one receptionist. She began to get frustrated because the room she gave me did not have a working TV, then she took me to 3 more rooms. I stayed in the 4th. It was not fun.

The breakfast staff

My bathroom smelled like sewage backup from their septic tank outside the door. The hotel is surrounded by water and seems to be sinking along with their septic smell backup. Try to charge me $50 to deodorize the room that was their problem.
