The staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable

Location and staff were nice

The room was filthy. There was hair under all the blankets on the bathroom floor. There was a sock under the chair as well as food crumbs. I have never seen so much hair on supposedly a clean hotel room beds.

Couldn?t figure out how to use the TV or get it to turn on, wish the fan would?ve stayed on all night because the traffic outside was noisy

Absolutely nothing

EVERYTHING. There was extremely inconsiderate noise in the next room. First Hotel called the police but the occupants continued with fighting and arguing from 2:30 AM through 7 AM. After several attempts to call downstairs no one answered

breakfast

The hotel manager was extremely rude and did not accommodate very well. We found bed bugs in our room, and the entire place was infested. After telling the manage about the bugs she became extremely defensive and asked us to leave instead.

The receptionist was pleasant and numerous.. She was very informative and precise.

The eggs at breakfast were to wet for my likings and the sausage was not appealing. You could tell it was boiled not grilled.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Air/heat did not work and woke us up twice because of beeping.

2 starts lots of bad ju just around cops where Calle took a hr ti check in cuz of a un plezed customer

Room mad not been cleaned and the bathroom was nasty would like a refund ¿¿...

Honestly didn¿t care for the hotel

Bed uncomfortable. Pillows lumpy and small. Room had a weird musty smell. Hallways were in bad shape. Overall felt dirty. Can hear all the traffic very loud in room

the front desk woman was very nice and accomidated us very well. unfourtunitly there was police activity right beside me in the other room whivh forced me to leave 5 hrs into my stay. hoping i get refunded

The hot chocolate and lemon water in the lobby was nice. It was quiet in my room (except for the highway sounds). If there were others staying in rooms around me I didnt hear them. The hotel was very close to many different stores around me.

The hotel was an older building. Although my room was clean it felt a bit shabby due to dingy drop ceilings, tub drain being out, loose door lock.

Decent rate compared to the competition, with still a comfortable, well-equipped room.

Breakfast was a bag with a juice, granola bar, apple and a small pastry.

The young man that checked me in, although the basis of the mistake ultimately made, was sincere and nice.

The general manager, the overnight audit and housekeepers were rude, insincere and obviously had no communication. The night audit new about the charge of $--- that was made without my permission and she pretended like she couldn't see it.

Hotel was close to where we needed to be.

Chose this hotel because of location and free breakfast. There was no breakfast...work being done. Wish I had known.

Pretty quiet

Hallways and main areas could use some paint and cleaning, Simone what dingy .

nice room, fridge, microwave, very comfortable bed/pillows, view, location, pool, Continental breakfast!

The toilet bowl (perhaps) had not been cleaned from the previous guests from the various long blond hairs remaining. Also the sink & bathtub/shower drains were very slow such that during use the water level continually rose and remained for a period...

The location was convenient to where I needed to be.

The entire third floor reeked of marijuana. No smoking should mean no smoking.

-overall poor service -stains on sheets -lack of communication from hotel management (Housekeepers/Receptionist/manager) -Disrespected by housekeeper. -Workers did not do their job -Had to pick up all the trash and throw it out ourselves
