Convenient location to museum and parking. Very clean and classy hotel with excellent staff.

The air freshener when you walk in the lobby is a bit strong.

Clean decent rate location as near as possible to WWII museum

The hotel had none to limited ability to offer cash for change. Frustrating for such a higher service hotel of a major brand.

Location - we were going to WWII museum and the liked the fact that the parking garage was used for both the hotel and museum

Food was okay, but New Orleans has so many wonderful restaurants. I would recommend going out and finding something remarkable.

The room was well appointed. The location was amazing. We stayed during Mardi Gras and were easy walking distance to the parade route. The service was wonderful. It was a lovely bit of luxury in every sense of the word!

Nice hotel, clean and luxurious. Easy to navigate to since it is right next to the WWII museum.

During Mardi Gras, it¿s right along the parade route which is good and bad due to the congested foot traffic but it made it very easy to watch the parades.

Location is great, hotel is very nice and clean, and the rooftop bar is amazing.

Room didn¿t have a microwave, which could have been useful.

The hotel design was so beautiful and upscale

The front desk supervisor was very unkind from check in to check out. It was if though she personally targeted me and did not make me feel welcome at the hotel even though it was my first time visiting.

The bathroom

I didn¿t realize the room was an accessible room¿low beds .Upon walking into the room, I went back to the front desk clerk who was extremely unhelpful and nonchalant that was the room booked and he stated he did not have an alternate room.

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in! Luxury at its finest!! So close to everything!! French Quarter, shopping, food, music, sightseeing! I mean couldn¿t ask for more!! And we were next to the fabulous WW II museum!! Super easy parking!

The shower was strange. There no door and the floor isn¿t sloped so the water just gets all over the place. It was so messy to clean up after every shower. The towels are in a closet outside the bathroom so it was not a seamless operation.

VERY clean! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! VERY safe environment as well!

Stood at the bar for about 10 minutes before someone asked what I would like to order. It wasn't crowded.

The hotel was overpriced for what you received in my opinion. The door digital lock stopped working and maintenance couldn't fixed it so you had to call them to unlock the room every time you needed to get back in.

No microwaves in the rooms

I liked the fact that they have a room where my in-laws could stay in the bedroom and I had the pull out couch to be nearby if they needed me, but we also had privacy.

The breakfast was over $70 for three people and the coffee was absolutely awful. The server seemed a bit self-important.

The connection with theme was good, breakfast staff was great!

They started cleaning early and you had to call if you left after 9 to get cleaning. We did as requested but twice had no service and had to call for essentials like toilet paper and towels. They did not apologize and simply said, it¿s too late.

The room was a little dirty in the shower area and in the mirror. Check-in was at 4pm. We arrived a few minutes prior to 4 and were advised the room was not ready and to come back around 4:30.
