Cleanliness and location

I booked a 3bedroom but got a 2bedroom with a loft and unable to speak with anyone

It really feels like French quarter kinda room. Building is old but beautiful. Walking distance to the square and Bourbon street. Prime location!

No full length mirror! All they need is to add a mirror, it¿s hard to dress up with out one. And no cushion for patio furniture. One of our patio chairs was broken too.

The location is perfect and amazing and very convenient if you wanna stick around the French quarter and it¿s surrounding neighborhoods. The building is historic and beautiful.

Fridge wasn¿t working properly; 90% of our groceries went bad and we had to throw them in the trash. Though my contact responded Quickly to the situation, there were no reparations and we lost $56 in groceries. Which can be Devastating for a tight budget

Beautiful hotel. Embodies everything the French Quarter is and more.

No parking. Staff was not present and the communication via email was a bit irritating

The hotel's location was excellent, and while it was rundown and in need of rennovations, it was clean.

The hotel management was the most unprofessional, rude staff I've ever encountered. I called to inquire about construction happening on my roof (hammering 8am-3pm); the manager offered no sincere apology or refund offer, was combative and hung up on me.

My room was the worst, will never stay there again , i have  stayed at a $---motel 6 that was better, and i got $75 cleaning bill for a few used towels and an unmade bed , the house keeps clean the room after you leave, for the next guest, horrible

the most horrible Hotel i have ever stayed in .the smell was so  bad i had to buy to different types of oder killer , not worth $---, there are better places to stay, for less

It was so close to everything we wanted to be near including Bourbon St!

Water in shower was cold for 4-5 minutes - a great waste!

Loved being right in the French Quarter. Also loved the garden area in the middle of the buildings, very cozy and relaxing.

Didn’t like the options for parking. Not enough information about parking prior to our stay. Was not aware of how many flights of stairs we had to climb. That probably needs to be told ahead of time. My husband has very bad knees.

Located in French Quarter, close to ‘French Market’. Great location. Two good bed rooms great beds and decent shower.

The ‘living room’ is not a room, it’s a 5 ft wide corridor with a couch. Kitchen is ok, but only very small tabel and some stools to sit on.

Perfect location within walking distance of cafes and markets.

The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot of outside noise throughout the night.

3rd bedroom loft not comfortable. Small bathroom. Leaking shower. Vaulted ceilings interfere with free movement. Furnishings are basic.

Location was perfect for walking to the French market and bourbon. The room was tastefully decorated and clean.

The small window unit was STRUGGLING to cool the front part of the room and didn’t do anything for the back room where you sleep.
