Renaissance New Orleans Pere Marquette French Quarter Area Hotel

The dude working the front counter at night... Super cool, super helpful, super accommodating. Greatly appreciated his help. Unsure of the spelling but believe his name is Thereon Everyone else we encountered was also very helpful.

Location

Room was outdated. Wallpaper peeling off wall.

To be an executive room it was small and didnt get the room I paid for. The beds where hard like sleeping on bricks and cardboard. Wall paper was coming off the walls. Was not a 4 star experience.

The location was accessible to Canal ant Bourbon Street.

Cheap toilet paper and thin bath towels.

Elevators were down quite a bit. I was told by manager they would be giving me a two night credit due to this inconvenience. Haven't seen anything come through.

Great location and rooms were spacious.

The pillows were too soft, very uncomfortable.

The location is close to the French quarter but just outside of it therefore in a less noisy area. It is still walking distance to many touristic places.

I wish it provided free breakfast as other Marriott bonvoy hotels do.

Perfect location to get to Quarter. Great restaurant and bar onsite. Near other restaurants and mail library if riding bus in from airport.

Higher price than a lot of other options.

I've traveled to Nola many times and this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The room was very clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly & helpful. The valet service was outstanding. I was quite surprised for a mid priced hotel.

I never like carpet, but I understand that minimizes noise. And Nola comes with noise outside, as well, but the location does keep that somewhat under control.

This hotel felt safe and was in a convenient location.

They informed me I booked a ¿cozy queen¿ room. It was basically a closet. Our window was broken and the glass was cracked, with a sharp piece on the inside. They sounded an alarm through a room speaker at 6:30a for an hour +. Very loud room.

Location and staff. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Room is outdated: carpet needs shampooing, recommend black out curtains or another layer of curtains to block out sun, no vent in bathroom (very humid in bathroom).

Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to be help with any needs or questions. Also knew the best places to eat. Location.

Cost of Parking is ridiculous. 45.00 a night is to high for parking.

The hotel was close enough for us to walk to the French Quarters without any issues. It¿s literally one street away from Canal. Pros: early bag check Friendly staff Clean rooms Felt safe Fast checkout

The hotel was great. Suggest an upgrade to the menu at the Tacklebox; restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel was really perfect for our girls trip. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights

The night we arrived they checked us in a queen bed room instead a a king, that was what we reserved, because of availability. Thankfully next day the staff diligently fixed the problem, and the king room was great
